Anambra Was Spending N137m Monthly to Clean Government House, I have Cut Down to N11m – Soludo

Anambra State Governor,Professor Charles Soludo has disclosed that he met a monthly expenditure of N137m for cleaning of the Government House but has been able to reduce it to N11m, thereby saving N126m
Speaking during a live interview on Sunrise Daily, a Channels Television breakfast show, Soludo said there is urgent need to cut the cut of governance and that the reduction is being implemented in many other areas.
While harping on prudence, the Anambra governor said there is the need for critical planning and reflection when spending tax payers money derived from poor people like drivers of keke NAPEP.
“We must ask ourselves if this is the right way to spend this money gotten from Keke NAPEP drivers and other struggling people” Soludo said.
While saying President Bola Tinubu met a dead economy, he faulted the N22trillion printed into the economy backed by nothing by the past Muhammadu Buhari government .
