Ubong Essien, Founder of the Lagos based Blue Economy Academy , is set to feature as a keynote speaker at The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) Nigeria , General Meeting themed “The Blue Economy Revolution: Emerging Opportunities for Real Estate Players.”
According to a press release ,the event, scheduled for Thursday, February 6, 2025, by 8:30 AM at Radisson Blu, Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island, Lagos, will bring together top industry experts, government officials, and real estate professionals to discuss the evolving intersection of real estate and Nigeria’s blue economy.
FIABCI Nigeria is the Nigerian chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), a global business networking organization for real estate professionals across all disciplines. FIABCI connects industry leaders worldwide to promote innovation, sustainable urban development, and global real estate best practices.
Ubong Essien is an achievement motivation expert, and a strategic communication leader and a former Special Adviser to the DG of NIMASA, where he played a key role in shaping Nigeria’s blue economy strategy. He is also the Dean of the School of Eloquence and CEO of the Achievement Channel.
The event will be headlined by Ubong Essien, who is also a former Special Adviser on Communications and Strategy to the Director-General of NIMASA, and Founder of the Blue Economy Academy.
With decades of experience in strategic communication, maritime policy, and business development, Ubong Essien will deliver the keynote speech on how real estate investors and developers can leverage Nigeria’s vast coastal and maritime assets for sustainable growth.
