Customs Constitutes 135 Man Task Force to Combat Illegal Bunkering

In a bid to strengthen the federal government fight against illegal oil activities,the Comptroller General of Customs Bashir Adewale Adeniyi has constituted a 135 man task force against illegal bunkering

The move, our reporter gathered, is to prevent smuggling of petroleum products meant for Nigerians to other countries and ensure availability of automotive gas oil (AGO) and premium motor spirit (PMS)

Members of the task force who were selected from the ranks of Assistant Comptroller of Customs(AAC)down to Customs Assistants (CA) have been directed to resume for a three day training at the Nigeria Customs Command Training and Doctrine Command Gwagwalada.
