President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has paid tribute to former President Muhammadu Buhari, lauding his years of dedicated service and leadership that have significantly shaped Nigeria’s trajectory.

He highlighted the former president’s resilience and determination in contesting presidential elections in 2003, 2007, and 2011 before securing victory in 2015 and 2019, noting this as an enduring lesson in perseverance.
President Tinubu pledged to build on the infrastructure legacy established during Buhari’s tenure as the leader of the nation’s first All Progressives Congress (APC) administration.
