The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) has declared Darlington Okoye ,also known as
Speed Darlington wanted for alleged offences including rape, cyberbullying, and cyberstalking.

According to a post made by the agency on X, anyone with credible information can contact NAPTIP immediately.
