After her big bang movie “The Tribe Called Judah” Veteran actress and producer Funke Akindele is poised to feature in another with the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service.
Jubril Gawat, Senior Special Assistant on New Media to the Lagos State Governor, shared the news, revealing that Akindele committed to this collaboration during a courtesy visit to the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service office in Alausa. During the visit, she expressed her intention to work closely with the Fire Service.
Gawat wrote, “Renowned Nollywood actress and CEO of Funke Akindele Network (FAAN), #FunkeAkindele, will feature the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service #LagosRescue in her upcoming movie as promised.”
This partnership aims to weave fire prevention themes into the storyline, focusing on reducing fire outbreaks in Lagos State and raising public awareness about fire hazards and proactive prevention measures.
Akindele’s film is anticipated to spotlight the significance of fire safety and prevention, while also showcasing the bravery and expertise of the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service.The release date for the movie is yet to be announced
