Customs Area Controller of Apapa has visited the Onijora of Ijora and Iganmu Land, Oba Fatai Aromire as part of efforts to strengthen customs community relations which is the first in thirty years since the monarch ascended the throne
Olomu told the monarch that the visit is in compliance with the directive of the Comptroller General of Customs, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi which includes robust community relations.
While thanking the monarch for his receptive acts towards the customs, Comptroller Olomu congratulated the Oba for his three decades of reign on the throne of his forefathers.
He expressed optimism for a continuous relationship between the customs and the community
The monarch who expressed Royal prayers to the controller urged that the spirit of cordial relationship be sustained. He also described today as his day of joy as this is a first of its kind experience for him and the community
