Onyeka, Anani Urge Newly Promoted Officers to Work Harder, Advise Others on Perseverance

Comptrollers Frank Onyeka of Tin Can Island Command and Joe Anani of Ports Terminal Multiservices Limited have urged newly promoted officers to work harder while urging those expecting elevation to keep hope alive

Comptroller Onyeka said ” You all should see the interest of the service as issues of priority. Let’s continue to work as a united body considering the importance and relevance of the NCS to the economic and social development of the country.

” Those promoted should see their new ranks as a call to higher responsibility, more dedication and leadership task. Let’s emulate the very great examples our CGC Bashir Adewale Adeniyi has set for us with the way he works tirelessly, showing commitment to duty and zero compromise for integrity

He further described the promotions as outcomes of resilience, faithfulness and diligence which demands for more at all times within and outside the service.

We also have to be very much at alert against smuggling possibly perpetuated through acts of concealment, false declaration, under declaration and other acts like using wrong Harmonised System (HS) Code to under pay duty
