Mr Babachir Lawal, a former Secretary to Government of the Federation (SGF) has shown huge harvests of cotton from his farm on Facebook

The politician who is now a member of the newly organised African Democratic Congress complained of inadequate space to store his affected farm produce and the silence of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture. He further described the alleged silence as palpable

He posted this:”Cotton, cotton everywhere but no place to store it because the warehouses are full. THE JOY OF FARMING!

“By the way do we have a Minister of Agriculture in this country? The silence in the Ministry is palpable”
