Arik Air has announced its partnership with the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Delta State chapter as the official airline sponsor of the highly anticipated 2024 AGN award night.
According to a press release issued by the Airline’s Head of Corporate Communications, Adebanji Ola, the prestigious event is scheduled to hold on Saturday, November 30th, 2024 at the Benizia Hotel, Summit Road Asaba, Delta state.
The AGN award night is a pinnacle celebration of excellence in the Nigeria film industry recognizing the achievements of actors, directors, producers and other creatives who continue to shape and elevate Nollywood on the global stage.
Adebanji Ola stated that as part of its commitment to supporting the Nigerian arts and entertainment industry, Arik Air will be sponsoring 20 out of the available 60 award categories up for grabs at the award night.
He assured that the 2024 AGN award night promises to be a star studded affair, bringing together some of the biggest names in the industry and key stakeholders in the entertainment sector.
Arik Air’s Head of Commercial, Ailemen Arumemi-Johnson noted that Nollywood contributes immensely to the nation’s economy and that’s why Arik Air is fully in support of the industry.
