Nigerian passport holders can now obtain visas to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) effective today, July 15.
The announcement was made at the Presidential Villa by the Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, who stated that an agreement has been reached between the governments of Nigeria and the UAE.

It will be recalled that the UAE imposed a blanket visa ban on Nigerians, October 2022 while Emirates Airlines suspended flight operations to Nigeria in November of the same year
