2027: PDP Will Come Fourth in Presidential Election,Says Fayose

… APC Will be First, Obi Second, ADC Third

Former Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose has said the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will come fourth position in the 2027 presidential election, as according to him, what is left of the former ruling party is a carcass of its old self.

Speaking on Channels Television ‘Politics Today’ on Friday, Fayose said the PDP has been seriously depopulated with the many defections that has reduced it’s capacity to win the forthcoming election.

He is expressed confidence in President Tinubu’s chances of winning the 2027 election saying that Peter Obi will emerge second with the African Democratic Congress (ADC) coming third while the PDP will take fourth position

While alleging being sidelined by the PDP, he expressed support for the Ekiti State Governor and President Bola Tinubu who are members of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC)

The former governor who admitted being invited to the recently held National Working Committee meeting of the PDP said he deliberately stayed away because he is not being accorded due respect

Fayose said he has sacrificed for the party by fighting for it’s survival under former President Muhamadu Buhari government, which he described as tyrannical

According to him, he is committed to sustaining the internal fight within the party and plans not to join any other party whenever he’s done with PDP.

Speaking on his relationship with Nyesom Wike, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Fayose said he was a member of the G5 group that fought against alleged injustice in the PDP
