Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has vented out his frustration over the 1-1 draw with West Ham United after having dominated the game.
Cesar Azpilicueta had given the blues a lead in the first-half , but the Conte’s men missed out on a couple of chances and matters got worse when the visitors equalised through substitute Javier Hernandez.
Conte who was pained at the result said it was a game the blues should have won.
“We must be frustrated for the final result but I think this game describes very clearly our season,” said the Italian.
“Many games where you have a good performance, create many chances to score but you are not clinical.
“How many times have I said we didn’t take the chances we created? A lot of times this season. Then one chance for West Ham and we conceded a goal. This game describes our season very well.
“It’s another result which isn’t positive because we are talking about a draw. You must win this game. I’m very frustrated and I hope all my players go home and are frustrated as well. You have to have the right mentality. If we accept this result and say today we were unlucky, we are not building anything positive for the future.”
